This 170 page journal will help you look at your thoughts and worries and begin to deal with them. You can choose whatever pages you want to print, but if you print the complete journal you will get 50 daily tracking pages, a section of journaling prompt pages, a section for recording your worries (sometimes if you write it down you don't have to carry it around in your mind), a brain dump section for all your thoughts and ideas, a random ideas section and a section to get creative.
