WHAT IS OOLA?

Oola is short for Ooh-la-la: it’s what life feels like when you’re happy, growing, and looking forward to what the world has in store for you. 
It’s the feeling you get when you’ve landed that better job, grown a bigger business, or watched your kids succeed at something they’re passionate about. 
It’s what you tell yourself when you’ve bought that dream house, saved your first $10,000, or paid off the last of your debts. 
It’s the confidence you feel being fit and date-night ready for the first time in years—or the sense of wonder and enchantment you feel on your first trip to Paris with friends. Whatever rocks it for you, Oola means living life firing on all cylinders—joyful,wholehearted, and ready to take advantage whenever good times and opportunity appear. Oola is also the proven formula for getting back on track,  finding balance in our unbalanced world. 


Where did oola start?

More than 20 years ago, two holistic physicians—Dr. Dave Braun and Dr. Troy Amdahl— created Oola to help people establish new habits, practice new ways of living, and take those daily actions that are key to bringing life into balance, then keeping it that way on an ongoing basis. 
Today, “The OolaGuys” are international bestselling authors, social media influencers, personal growth experts, and founders of Oola Coaching with countless successful clients around the world—as well as a global network of professionally trained Certified Oola Life Coaches like me to help you pursue your best life. 
HOW DO I LIVE AN OOLA LIFE? 

An Oola life is a life of balance. The first thing you will do as you begin your Oola journey is look very honestly at what your life is like in the 7 key areas - Fitness, Finances, Family, Field, Faith, Friends and Fun. Once you have identified where you are in these areas, you will set goals that will lead to your dreams. We all should have dreams in our life, big or small. 

If one of the key areas is out of balance we will never live a truly happy and fulfilled life. Oola helps you achieve that balance and then to achieve your dreams.

How Do I start my oola journey

Below are the ways you can start to bring Oola into your life. The first 2 are 1 - 1 coaching and the 3rd is group coaching. If you are unsure or apprehensive, group coaching is a less threatening way to start living your Oola life.
 
 

Ten week Transform course

Sign up for the 10 week course with the Oola guys. Every week you will receive a video tutorial from Dr Troy and Dr Dave and the downloadable resources required to complete the module. You will also have a weekly coaching call with me where we will work through the materials and activities. This keeps you accountable and ensures you get the best out of the work.

Three week Unstuck course

This is a shorter version of the ten week course. You will receive the video tutorials and the resources and you will also have three coaching calls with me. In these calls we will work through the materials and activities, ensuring you get the best out of the three weeks.


MAGIC group

When you join MAGIC you will do a 4 week OOla Bootcamp. This will begin your journey. You will get coaching sessions and then weekly trainings on all things Oola and mindfulness. There will be accountability calls and discussion groups - on and off Facebook
