Group Coaching
The first step to taking control of your life and living a more balanced, purposeful and happier life.

When you look at how you spend your days, is there a lot of time spent working or scrolling or keeping busy. Are areas of your life like family, friends, faith or even finances left to fate?
Life coaching can appear daunting if you have never tried it before. This programme is a less threatening way of experiencing life coaching.
There's a 3 week option and a 10 week option. You get the materials and can work through them in your own time. You will then be invited to a group zoom every week where I'll show you video and we can discuss anything you're stuck at. The zooms will be recorded so you can watch them later. You can message me your questions and I'll deal with them during the Zoom calls.
