Essential Oils and Stress
Essential oils can support stress relief in many ways.
Stress Away, Peace & Calming, Valor and Frankincense are great oils to have on hand
during the day.
When we stop to do our 30 second mindful breathing, a drop of any of these oils enhances the experience. Consistent use of the oils in vital. Having them in the cupboard is no good. Carry them with you wherever you go. Rollers are especially good for ease of access and you can blend your favourite oils in the roller and pull it out when you need to step back and
take that mindful breath.
