Meditation is a very powerful tool we all have access to. It has huge benefits for our health - physical, mental and emotional.
I want to invite you to join me for some meditation sessions in the lead up to Christmas. Traditionally. the lead up to Christmas can be a stressful time. Our sessions will be like the calm in the storm - a chance to step back and recharge.
Sessions will take place weekly in the 4 weeks leading up to Christmas -every Wed at 7.30pm Each session will last 30 mins and will include grounding exercises, breathwork, visualisation and mindful meditation. Each session will be on Zoom and will be recorded.
